Our Story

Pacific Time is a family run wholesale business operating in Christchurch, New Zealand by Charlotte and Oliver Dugdale. Looking for a change in direction and a new challenge, we left behind our careers in aviation and healthcare respectively and entered the world of horology and jewellery, taking over Pacific Time Industries in October 2021. Together we intend to build on the successful foundation and ensure Pacific Time Industries continues to provide quality products and excellent service to customers across New Zealand.

Our collection of watch parts, straps, batteries, tools and consumables are carefully selected and sourced globally to meet the needs of watchmakers, horologists and jewellers throughout NZ and the Pacific. We pride ourselves on supplying a wide array of specialty parts, exceptional customer service, prompt order processing and dispatch, and competitive pricing.

We are the New Zealand distributors for Boccia Titanium Watches and Jewellery, Rochet Watch Straps and Jewellery, LBS Watch Straps, Seizaiken Batteries, Renata Batteries, and Bergeon tooling and supplies.

We love to talk through your requirements, whether batteries, cuckoo clock bellows, watch modules, or myriad products in between and are pleased to offer online ordering to ensure efficiency and accuracy for our customers.
